Russia's invasion - or better called Putin's - has become a terrible war, with the Ukrainians sustaining impressive resistance against the huge Russian firepower. The outcome at this stage remains totally uncertain. Our webinar on 16 March, organized within the framework of the “3 DCFTAs” Project, CEPS in cooperation with the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum, will take stock of where the war will have got to.
It will hear the views of independent experts from all six Eastern Partnership states plus Russia. First, it will be to hear 'live' the accounts from our Ukrainian partners, and then a comment from our (truly independent) Russian colleague. The impact on the European Union and its multiple responses (sanctions against Russia, military supplies to Ukraine, 1.5 million refugees welcomed so far) will also be reviewed.
The event will be open to audience participation in Q&A session.
