Participation in CSDP: An underused potential for Moldova?

This paper looks at to what extent Moldova is involved in CSDP missions? To provide a holistic and targeted answer to this, this paper firstly identifies Moldova’s contribution to international security missions and compares it with its participation in CSDP operations. Secondly, it analyses the causes influencing its current level of involvement in CSDP. Finally, this essay looks into how to facilitate Moldova’s CSDP participation and formulate recommendations in this regard.
